Diet day 4

Survival of the fatest today! Bar b que at work and I did not step off the diet path. Burgers are not bad with out the bun. Dinner I ate celery and cream cheese for dinner. Very filling.
I could not wait so I jumped on the scale today and the result is ................................... 277.7
So going from the original weigh in I have dropped five pounds. WOOOOHOOOO. Go me!!
Five down ninety five to go.
I worked out for 20 minute tonite on the WII Fit 10minutes walking, 3 minutes rhythym boxing, 5 minutes doing step aerobics and the remaining 2 minutes playing balance games.
