Dieting beginnings

I shall begin my quest to find the thinner girl in me on Tuesday September 8th,2009.
My daughters wedding which just occurred in August 2009 was the first time I guess that
opened my eyes to what a huge glutton I am. Standing next to my daughter in her beautiful gown was realization for me that my stomach was pushing others away from me. Everything is
harder for the fat people. When you don't fit in the booth at Dairy Queen perhaps it's time to walk out before you can't fit through the door.

In this blog I want to track weight loss as well as confess any cheating I have done. I welcome anyone to help keep me inline or to join me. I am using the Atkins diet program.
