I don't know why I didn't do this sooner. If all I have to do is work out for 20 minutes and watch what I eat dang could this have been simpler. Followed the old diet to a tee. Omelet for breakfast. Chicken, bacon, tomato wrapped in lettuce for lunch. For dinner cheeseburger no bun with a side salad. Doing well. tonight I did a 10 minute walk around the block. I feel more energized after my walk or workout and BELIEVE me I feel the BURN!! LoL
