Diet day 6

I have been following my diet soooooooo closely and today it happened I ate a piece, a whole piece of...............................................Thin crust pizza! Uhg some days I have the will power of a hungry dog in a meat house. What the He!! was I thinking. That will probably add 10 million pounds. Grrrr. Well I shall fight back and keep it straight tomorrow. God save me and my free will!!!

  1. Don't beat yourself up! You have to be able to eat something that you crave once in awhile! Just remember to be a little more active! Just think of all the good exercise you get at work.... how many times a day are you up and down those stairs??? LOL
