Weigh in day................

My official weight is 282.6. OMG this is a BFD!!!! This is why I never step on the scales, and so obviosly how I managed to blow up to the weight of the refridgerator. Okay I don't really know how much a refridgerator weighs empty, I'm just saying I weigh to dang much. Tomorrow's goal eat only what is on the diet. Just say NO!! to junk food.
